Our Process
Complete Pool Draining
We safely drain your pool using high-volume submersible pumps, ensuring the water is routed properly to avoid flooding or property damage.
Debris & Sludge Removal
Once drained, we manually shovel out any leaves, dirt, sludge, and organic debris that has accumulated at the bottom of the deep end.
Strategic Acid Application
We mix a precise ratio of muriatic acid and water and apply it evenly across the plaster, literally burning off the microscopic top layer of stained plaster.
Neutralization Wash
To protect the plaster from over-etching, we immediately neutralize the acid with soda ash and thoroughly rinse the entire pool surface, pumping out the wastewater.
Plaster Integrity Check
While the pool is empty, we perform a thorough inspection of the plaster and main drain covers, looking for any signs of delamination, cracks, or safety hazards.
Startup & Balancing
Once the pool is refilled with fresh water, we perform a complete chemical startup to balance the pH, alkalinity, hardness, and chlorine levels to protect your newly exposed plaster.
