Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AV Pool Pros website (avpoolpro.com) or scheduling pool services with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our office prior to scheduling service.
Professional Licensing & Scope
AV Pool Pros is a licensed California Specialty Contractor (CSLB License #1068067, C-61 / D-35) carrying comprehensive commercial liability insurance. All services are performed in accordance with California health codes and manufacturer specifications across Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, and the Antelope Valley.
Weekly Service & Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the pool area, including unlocked side gates and securing any household pets during scheduled service windows. Following each stop, our technician photographs the closed, latched gate as part of our standard digital service record.
