Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AV Pool Pros website (avpoolpro.com) or scheduling pool services with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our office prior to scheduling service.
Professional Licensing & Scope
AV Pool Pros is a licensed California Specialty Contractor (CSLB License #1068067, C-61 / D-35) carrying comprehensive commercial liability insurance. All services are performed in accordance with California health codes and manufacturer specifications across Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, and the Antelope Valley.
Weekly Service & Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the pool area, including unlocked side gates and securing any household pets during scheduled service windows. Following each stop, our technician photographs the closed, latched gate as part of our standard digital service record.

Program Name: AV Pool Pros Service Dispatch & Customer Care Alerts
Operating Entity: AV Pool Pros is operated by AV POOL PRO SERVICES, a California Corporation (Federal EIN: 33-2524222, California Secretary of State Entity Number: C6503137, Headquarters: 3958 Cocina Ln, Palmdale, CA 93551-2686).
Program Description: AV Pool Pros provides transactional customer care notifications, pool maintenance schedule reminders, technician dispatch alerts, water chemistry reports, filter cleaning schedule notices, invoice alerts, and direct responses to pool care inquiries requested by customers. This program is strictly limited to transactional and customer care notifications. No marketing, advertising, or promotional messages are sent under this program.
Opt-In Consent: End users opt in to receive text messages strictly through voluntary written online web forms by submitting an estimate or service request (such as at https://avpoolpro.com/contact/ or https://avpoolpro.com/#quote) and manually checking the explicit, optional, unchecked SMS opt-in consent checkbox. Consent to receive text messages is completely optional and is never required as a condition of purchasing any services or equipment from AV Pool Pros.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active service route schedule, equipment repair milestones, or urgent weather advisories.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP in response to any message. We will send a final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

- Carrier Liability:Mobile wireless carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
